The Student Records Office maintains Westmont大学 academic transcripts. All course work taken for credit at Westmont is maintained by the Student Records Office. All transcripts are maintained and released in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Methods of payment are credit card or cash (cash available for in person hard copy requests only).
Transcript requests through the National Student Clearinghouse are processed daily on business days. Hard copy transcript requests through the Student Records Office will be processed within three business days of receipt. Rush requests through the Student Records Office will be processed within one or two business days of receipt. Transcript orders are not processed over the weekend or on holidays.
Express shipping fees for hard copy requests to the Student Records Office are in addition to the transcript fee and are as follows: Two day: $20.00, Overnight: $30.00, International: Costs vary by destination, you will be contacted via email to authorize the amount prior to processing your transcript request. Express shipping fees for hard copy requests through National Student Clearinghouse are as follows: United States: $39, 加拿大 & Mexico: $59, International: $75.

E-mail requests must include a scanned, signed copy of the hard copy transcript request form with valid Visa or MasterCard information. Please keep your copy of your request form for your records. You may email the completed transcript request form to registrar@goldrainbow.net.
Current students may obtain unofficial transcripts in 路标 by clicking on the 成绩单 link. Unofficial transcripts are only available to current students.
Former students cannot access unofficial transcripts through 路标. They can access their academic record by requesting that an official transcript (electronic or paper) be sent to them using the instructions found on the relevant tab.
